RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY
All sales are final. However, in the unlikely event that you receive a defective item (a clear unboxing video is required) or an item that does not match your order, an exchange or refund will be offered. Kindly take the time to pick your order carefully. We do not offer exchanges or refunds for change of mind.
If your item is defective or does not match your order, please email us at queenlygemsllc@gmail.com 7 days, with a photo of the received item and the reason for the return.
Please note you will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs for returning your item(s). We will ship out your replacement free of charge once only.
